The S6 is a modular build premium robot based on an automated guided vehicle design study of highly professional robot developers selected by WORLD OF ROBOTS for product development. It is the first logistic robot that is open in ROS.
The Robot Operating System (ROS) is a set of software libraries and tools that help you build robot applications. From drivers to state-of-the-art algorithms, and with powerful developer tools, ROS has what you need for your next robotics project. And it's all open-source.
As an automated guided vehicle it serves in logistics assisting and increasing the efficiency of human staff. As human staff can stay at the work station to work, the automated guided vehicle does the transportation tasks between the work stations, helping the staff to avoid time consuming ways back and forth.

The Tech Tree consists of several robots of various tiers, which have either already been researched or which you can request us to research for you.
Robot-type description
Base robot. A base vehicle has a basic configuration of modules.
Standard robot. A base vehicle can be expanded to a standard vehicle by advanced modules.
Elite robot. A vehicle, in which the best available modules are used, is given the elite status.
Premium robot. Premium robots need not to be explored, but also cannot be improved. Their modules are fixed.

Vehicle Characteristics description
When choosing one robot over another, consider characteristics that best suit your application.

Weight/Load Limit (kg):Total weight of the robot including all internals and maximum weight. The weight determines the vehicles manoeuvrability. Light robots are usually more agile in comparison to medium or heavy robots.
Engine power (W): Determines the vehicles acceleration capacity.
Speed limit (km/h): Determines the vehicles top speed.
Turn speed (degrees/s): Determines the speed of the vehicles rotation.
View range (m). Determines the view range of the sensors.
Signal range (m). Determines the signal range between vehicles or to the vehicle.
