The UTM-30LX-EW laser range finder is an extremly leight-weight outdoor laser scanner. Some new features come in addition to the tried and tested accuracy, speed and reliability of the Hokuyo top model indoor laser scanner UTM-30LX. The UTM-30LX-EW has the protection increased to IP67 and has an Ethernet interface. It is perfectly suited for mobile outdoor robot and aerospace applications.

With its high protection rating and by using multi-echo detection the UTM-30LX-EW is suitable for use under heavy conditions like rain, snow, mist or dust.
